This part of the route offers the highest chance of spotting dolphins and larger marine animals, which frequently linger, play, and hunt around the Cove. When the tide permits, you can swim, wade, relax, and explore its shallow sandbars and flats.

At the Fort Pierce Inlet, experience the popular tunnels inside the mangrove forest, learn about its ecosystem, and meet some of its inhabitants. Swim and enjoy snacks on the white sandy shore of the Inlet.
On the return trip, the electric motor lets you relax in your ultra-comfortable kayak lounge chair, stretch your legs, and stop along the way to maximize wildlife viewing.

The tour then continues into tranquil, uninhabited waterways of the Indian River Lagoon and down the Intracoastal Waterway along Jack Island State Park, far from busy marinas and group-tour traffic.
We visit the Dolphin Watch Sandbar, the area known for the highest frequency of dolphin sightings and regular appearances of manatees and stingrays. Guests can swim, wade, relax, or explore the shallow sandflats of this calm estuary environment.
